Programs and Courses of Study

Medical Assisting

The ten month Medical Assisting diploma and 14 month Medical Assisting degree programs prepare graduates to provide clinical and laboratory support in physician's offices and medical clinics. In addition to classroom training in theory, students receive hands-on training using the same types of equipment they will find on the job.

The program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education programs (CAAHEP), on recommendation of the Curriculum Review Board of the American Association of Medical Assistants' Endowment (AAMAE).
