King's College

King's College has been providing career education to students in the Charlotte, North Carolina area since 1901. Its programs are designed to help high school graduates reach their educational goals and gain employment quickly, with the knowledge and practical skills they need to succeed in their new careers. The school even has a placement department to help graduates land their first job.

Degree Programs and Courses of Study

Medical Assisting

Gain the skills needed to become a medical assistant with the 14 month Associate degree program in Medical Assisting. Students learn how to become part of the team assisting doctors and other health professionals in hospitals, physician's offices, and clinics. The medical assisting program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education programs (CAAHEP), on recommendation of the Curriculum Review Board of the American Association of Medical Assistants' Endowment (AAMAE).
